Stellaris Trading Minerals
The game allows you to exchange minerals as well as energy credits. You can either agree upon monthly trade with an empire or fast shipment after you are clear with things like transactions, etc.
One important thing that you need to note here is that the monthly shipment quantity cannot exceed the 50% of your monthly income. Furthermore, since mining can be really expensive, you should always think twice before going with this trade.

In addition to minerals, you can also trade your strategic resources. However, as is the case with minerals, strategic resources are very hard to come by and must be traded in the hour of need.
Stellaris Trading Systems
With the sole exception of your Home World, you can also trade planets which will then be added to the other empire. This is done if you require some resources which the other empire has. Stellaris Granting/Gaining Access
If you think trading system in order to gain resources that you need is not a viable option, you can always grant the other empire access to your territory – this goes both ways. When it comes to gaining or granting access, you can do so with both civil and military access and the ability to allow construction of military stations and hyperspace tunnels.
In addition to this, you can also provide information related to researched planets. One important thing that you need to keep in mind in there is not to share information related to your infrastructure as it will it relatively easier for the other empire to control you.
In order to completely avoid it, you should consider sharing this information with the empire who will trade the same thing.
Non-Aggression and Independence Documents
Speaking of Non-Aggression, this will restrict your ability to declare war on a nation with whom you have signed this. Therefore, you should try to sign it with your neighbors, but not with someone whom you want to conquer. As for the second one, this will enable you to join military forces with others in case of an outside act of aggression.
Migration and Research Pacts
When it comes to migration pact, it will enable inter-imperial migration. However, in order to do this, you will need to make sure that your policy allows this and also make sure to check the characteristics of the migrants.
As for the research agreement, this is something that you need to avoid because others will avoid it as well. This basically allows 25% cheaper research of technologies that the counterpart has already discovered.
