WWE 2K17 Release Date Apparently Leaked by UK Retailer

Apparently, WWE 2K17 release date is going to be October 21, 2016 as far as the UK market is concerned, US release date might also have been leaked.

While 2K Sports and Visual Concepts are still teasing us with everything other than the WWE 2K17 release date right now, one retailer might have gone the extra mile to cut the story short.

If you have been extremely excited to know that Goldberg is finally making a return to the ring as a preorder bonus for the game, you will be glad to know the exact date when you might be able to play as Goldberg is October 21, 2016.

Or at least, a UK based retailer is suggesting so.

WWE 2K17 Release Date Leaked?

The follow-up to WWE 2016 has already been announced for an October 2016 release date although the publishers are yet to reveal an official release date. However, this UK based retailer claims they know the release date is October 21, 2016.

We have shared with you a screenshot of the listing that went up on their website where they are allowing the fans to preorder it for £41.85, with which you will also get “Da Man” Goldberg.

The boxart shown on the listing might or might not be the official cover because it doesn’t have any WWE superstar shown on it. The WWE 2K17 release date could, nonetheless, be legitimate because October 21, 2016 is also a Friday; game releases in UK are usually made on Fridays.

With this is mind, it could also be the case that the game will release in North America on October 18, 2016 i.e. the Tuesday before the Friday on which the game is allegedly releasing in the United Kingdom.

WWE 2K17 has been in motion capture since the end of January 2016 suggesting that the developers will be close to finalizing the development of the game.

Whether the WWE 2K17 release date of October 21 is legit or not, the game will come out in the same month for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
