PSVR Exclusive Title How We Soar Lets You Ride A Giant Phoenix in Papercraft Art Style

By   /   Jun 10, 2016

Sony has announced a brand new Playstation VR title named How We Soar that allows players to fly around on a phoenix.

How We Soar is being developed by Penny Black Studios which comprises of developers how have previously worked on games like Crysis and Homefront: The Revolution. As mentioned earlier, How We Soar basically sees players on the back of a giant phoenix, gliding through the air while crossing obstacles.

Coming to the visual style of the game, How We Soar features paper-style visuals which honestly complement the overall concept of the game. Speaking of the game, Penny Black Studios’ managing director Tom Turner said:

Everything from the environment to the characters to the phoenix itself is fashioned in a unique papercraft art style, giving everything you see a very distinct and tactile appearance. One of the coolest things about the game is how you interact with the world around you. Each level that you enter will appear strangely shredded, torn and unfolded.

Your primary objective in the game is fly around Phoenix’s fantasy in order to retrieve memories of a character named The Author. You can check out the How We Soar reveal trailer attached above and share your impressions with us in the comments section below!

Playstation VR exclusive title How We Soar is expected to launch during the fourth quarter of this year and is expected to make an appearance at the upcoming E3 2016 gaming expo.
