The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine Syanna Romance Guide – How to Romance Syanna
Throughout the course of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (including Hearts of Stone) Geralt meets plenty of women who serve as his romantic interests. Continuing the tradition, The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine also features a character that Geralt can romance in the game.
In The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine, you can romance Syanna who is a sorceress. However, do note that similar to Shani in The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone, the entire fling with Syanna will not affect your relationship with Yennefer or Triss Merigold in any way.

The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine Syanna Romance Guide
The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine romance guide walks you through everything you need to know about how to romance Syanna in the latest expansion.
Seeking Out Syanna
During ‘The Night of Long Fangs’ you will have the option of either seeking out Syanna or looking for Orianna. In order to progress through the romantic interaction, you need to seek out Syanna. Doing this will trigger another Main Quest called Beyond Hill and Dale.
Beyond Hill and Dale
During Beyond Hill and Dale quest, you will have to fight the Cloud Giant which is a tough fight. Throughout the fight, Syanna will help you out. In order to complete the fight with the Cloud Giant, you basically need to lure him to one of the electrified pillars scattered around the arena.
Doing so will effectively stun the Cloud Giant, providing you with ample time to head in and deal some damage. Once you have defeated the Cloud Giant, Syanna will come to a sudden realization and decides a romp with the nearest individual who happens to be… Surprise! Geralt.
Doing the Right Thing
Anyway, at this point, Master Witcher will be provided with two options:
- Let her have her way with you
- Some other time, maybe
You need to select ‘Let her have her way with you’ in order to proceed with the romance scene. Speaking of which, this is easily my second favorite romantic scene in all Witcher games; the first being the one with Yennefer on stuffed unicorn – I mean, no one beats Yennefer.
