Witcher 3: Blood and Wine Reviews, A Perfect Farewell
Even though the final DLC for The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt doesn’t release until next Tuesday, the Witcher 3: Blood and Wine reviews are already pouring in, and all of them seem extremely positive.
Blood and Wine is supposed to be taking our favorite witcher Geralt of Rivia to the Nilfgaardian duchy of Toussaint, where a sinister force is sneaking around under the knightly culture and vineyards.
The reviews that we’ve seen for Blood and Wine come from a variety of sources. These include Eurogamer, PC Gamer, Rock Paper Shotgun, Shacknews, IGN, GamesRadar, GamesPressure, and GamesReactor. All of them offer Witcher 3: Blood and Wine reviews for people to look at. Gamespot is also in the middle of a review, though it’s not ready yet.
Even before Blood and Wine or Hearts of Stone came out, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was one of the most critically acclaimed games of last year, with critics praising its open world, its combat, its story, and its enemy design. Hearts of Stone, its first paid DLC pack, also got positive reviews when it released in October of last year.
The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine reviews are a good way to send off the Witcher series, which will be ending with Blood and Wine before CD Projekt RED, the developers of the game, starts to focus on its upcoming science fiction game Cyberpunk 2077.
The Witcher series put CDPR on the map, and the games have improved exponentially with each of the three games. Its popularity has even increased to the point where an RPG video board game taking place in the same universe and featuring many familiar characters was released in 2014.
The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine is slated for a full release on May 31 and is rumored to have a very large amount of content in it, so if you’re looking to take our White Wolf on one final adventure you don’t have very much longer to wait. It will be releasing on PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4.
