EA DICE has released an interactive version of Mirror’s Edge catalyst map. It is massive compared to the previous installment and players will be able to explore every inch for it.

Entire map is uploaded over at the official website but the first area that players can interact with is “Anchor.” The official twitter page confirmed that the entire map is explorable but its reply suggest that it may not be entirely playable. Missions and quests could be limited to certain areas only while players are allowed to explore the entire city.

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is coming out on June 7 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. On Xbox One, the game is running on 720p at 60FPS which could be due to the game’s massive map and excellent visual fidelity. Meanwhile, players on PS4 will be able to enjoy higher resolution.

However, the best way to play Mirror’s Edge is on PC if you have a decent rig. You will need the following specs:

  • OS: Windows® 7 64-Bit (use the latest Service Pack)
  • CPU: Intel i3-3250 / AMD FX-6350. (Note: Mirror’s Edge Catalyst requires at least 4 logical cores to run.)
  • RAM: 6 GB
  • HARD DRIVE: At least 25 GB of free space
  • VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 650 Ti 2GB or better / AMD Radeon™ R9 270x or better
  • INPUT: Keyboard and mouse, dual analog controller

  • OS: Windows® 10 64-Bit (use the latest Service Pack)
