Infinite Warfare Multiplayer Being Shaped Up with Pro-Players’ Help
Infinity Ward once again tried to justify the Call of Duty Infinite Warfare mutliplayer and space setting while haters were piling heaps of dislikes on top of the three million that the reveal trailer has already had.
However, it appears too early to hate on the game so much especially since we are being told that this game has the pro community involved in the development at a higher level than any other game.
Officials have revealed that COD pro-players are already spending time with Infinity Ward – something that also gave rise to rumors of suspicious paid marketing at their stake. Nonetheless, the Call of Duty Infinite Warfare multiplayer is already being shaped according to their feedback.
Pro-Players Helping in Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Multiplayer Development
The director of brand development in eSports at Treyarch, Jay Puryear was somehow answering the questions instead of anyone from Infinity Ward. However, they are all working on the same franchise so the is in the position to discuss the development after all.
Puryear says that for the first time the developers have brought the professional players into the circle so soon and it all started only a couple of years ago.
Even with Call of Duty Infinite Warfare multiplayer, he says that they have “actually had some of the pro players out already to Infinity Ward to look at the new game.”
Moreover, he says that it is priceless to get feedback from people who are playing at such a high level so far from the game’s release date because that will probably give them more time to shape up the game according to the eSports scene.
They play at such a high level. They’re like ‘I expected you to spawn here’ or ‘if I control the map in such a way you should spawn over here.’ So they really help with spawning and tuning, or weapons and content – they have an opinion on all of that.
The next to perfect reveal of Battlefield 1 has also stirred up the hate towards Infinite Warfare, so much so that people were even trending RIPCoD on Twitter after the Battlefield 1 reveal.
Amidst all that, what are your expectations from Call of Duty Infinite Warfare multiplayer?
