Hideo Kojima’s Next Game Will Appeal to Uncharted and The Division Fans
Hideo Kojima’s next game might be an action adventure that will appeal to Uncharted and The Division fans. Metal Gear Solid creator said that he is making a game that will please fans of both Uncharted and The Division.
Nothing much is known about his next game but it having Kojima’s name on it would be a seal of quality. Hideo Kojima is looking for the best technology to develop his new game in partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment. He recently visited different studios including Sony London, Sony Bend, Sony Santa Monica and more alongside PS4 designer Mark Cerny.
Hideo Kojima has been with Konami for the better part of his career but he is a free man now, able to do what he wishes with his projects.
Him creating a game that will appeal to Uncharted and The Division fans hints at a few things. The game’s story would be a huge focus and may follow the patterns of Uncharted with similar action set-pieces while gunplay and cover mechanics (if it has those) would be similar to The Division.
Kojima worked with Fox Engine for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and hopefully he found its replacement for his next game. If so, then we can surely expect to see amazing visual fidelity.
Hideo Kojima’s next game is currently in early stages of development but we can expect to see at least a brief teaser at or around E3 2017.
