Uncharted 4 is the final game in the series that will focus on Nathan Drake. At this point it is unclear if Naughty Dog will ever come back to the series with a new protagonist or not.
Naughty Dog will be working on The Last of Us 2 once the studio is done with Uncharted 4 DLC. We are also hearing rumors that Crash Bandicoot is back at camp Sony so we may see a new game from Naughty Dog.
