Mirror’s Edge Catalyst Trial Coming To Origin Access

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst free trial along with eight other vault games will soon be available to Origin Access trailer. The trial version will be called Mirror’s Edge Catalyst play first trial will be available to Origin Access members ahead of the release in June for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

This early access period has not been specified  but judging by previous releases it’s likely to be at least 24 hours before launch.

These trials are one the new additions to the subscription scheme across May and June. Eight new games will be  added to the vault. The vault is the collection of EA and third party games to which the members of EA access has unlimited access.

The Eight new games are added to the vault:

  • Mass Effect
  • Mass Effect 2
  • Mass Effect 3
  • Trine
  • Trine 2: Complete Story
  • Dungeons of Dredmor
  • Medal of Honor: Allied Assault
  • Peggle

These new games have been added to the collection of 21 titles includes some notable games like Dragon Age, Battlefield, FIFA, Dead Space and TitanFall.

Origin Access has a monthly subscription fee of $7 which is nothing compared to its value. It offers free trials, betas, early access to full games and much more.

Mirror’s Edge was originally to be released in May, but the game got delayed to put some final touched to the social play feature of the game. Social Play lets you compete with other players by making custom challenges in the open world.
