Uncharted 4 DLC

Just today Sony launched a new Uncharted 4 mobile game, which will allow you to play it and get rewards and bonuses for Uncharted 4’s multiplayer. Uncharted 4 is still five days away from launching, but right now you can play a top-down puzzle game to get your Nathan Drake fix.

The game, called Uncharted: Fortune Hunter, revolves around you moving Nathan Drake around a maze. If you’re able to do it in a certain number of moves, you’ll get keys that you can use to unlock chests. These chests reveal skins, alternative costumes, and one-use boosters available in Uncharted 4’s multiplayer.

In order to do this, you’ll have to link your Playstation account to the game. If you want to outright buy the two costumes that are already available on the map, you’ll have to work for them because they’re worth 15,000 gold coins together.

The chests can also include new gear, heavy weapons, and Mysticals, which are supernatural perks that you can use to give yourself another boost.

And if you run out of chests to unlock in the actual game, all you have to do is wait a while and you’ll get notifications when there’s more chests to unlock.

The game unfortunately isn’t free of microtransactions like most mobile games these days, but fortunately these are all optional. The orbs that you get from the microtransactions can be turned into coins to spend on small vanity items.

For instance, you can buy 20 orbs for 1.49 (and it goes up with the number of orbs), or you can buy a treasure map for the mazes for 79 cents. If you buy 10 orbs you can use those orbs to buy 7500 gold coins.

The Uncharted 4 mobile game boasts over 200 different puzzles and mazes, and has a nice, friendly-looking art style that personally reminds me of Campo Santos’s Firewatch game. It’s available for iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
