Ubisoft is also giving away 500 phoenix credits to players who were effected by character disappearing bug or the notorious back pack bug.

These bugs emerged after an update which logged players out and when they singed back in, their characters were disappeared. While the back pack bug blocked players from signing in to the game whenever they crafted a high level back pack.

Next incursion will be available next month as part of May update.

The Division is the latest title released by Ubisoft for PC, Xbox one and PlayStation 4.
