The Division Patch Will Wipe Out Your Xbox One Character

Update: The Division patch issue would be resolved soon.  A Ubisoft rep has assured fans that the company is looking into the problem and will get back to the community with an update soon.

I’ve received enough player names and we’re looking into each character individually, We’ll get back to you with more information as soon as we can.

Hopefully, they will be able to bring back your characters in one piece.

Original Story: Reports are coming in that new The Division patch is wiping out characters on Xbox One. One of the users mentioned that his level 72 Dark Zone character was removed from the game after installing the latest update.

Players are are met with a Delta error in the Dark Zone and when they sign back in the game, their character goes missing.

So far Ubisoft seems unaware of the problem as there have been no mention of releasing a hotfix. However, it is recommended that you contact Ubisoft support by email or their social media channels to bring this problem to their attention.

The latest The Division patch released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. For the time being, character disappearing issue isn’t reported on platforms other than Xbox One.

The Division patch brough Falcon Lost, the game’s version of Raids. Falcon Lost was going to a be super difficult task but just hours after the release of Apri Update, a player managed to complete the first Incursion. He must now be wondering what to do next?
