Mirror’s Edge Remastered Could be Coming to PS4, Listing Spotted

We know that everyone is waiting for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst these days, but the original game in the series is what has made the franchise so popular, and for a title like that, a remaster is always a viable option for many newcomers. Apparently, Mirror’s Edge Remastered is DICE’s answer to that.

While the developers or the publishers themselves have not confirmed anything yet, a retailer listing might have outed the existence of a remastered version of the first Mirror’s Edge game.

The remaster appears to be coming out for PS4 at least.

Mirror’s Edge Remastered Coming?

The listing in question went up on Amazon for some time but was then taken down. However, we have a screen grab for you to check out the boxart of the game, you can check it out below.

From the looks of it, the remastered version of the game is coming out to PS4, and there is no mention of any other platform although an Xbox One release should also have been on the cards alongside the PC version.

So far that is all we know about Mirror’s Edge Remastered version, and naturally we would expect everyone to take this with the proverbial grain of salt because neither Electronic Arts nor DICE itself has confirmed the existence of such a release.

You can, however, wait a little over one month and go straight to the next game in the series, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst which is slated for worldwide release on May 24, 2016 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
