Quantum Break Windows 10 Codes Will Be Sent in 7-10 Days

Quantum Break title update

Did you preorder Remedy Entertainment’s latest and have been looking for the Quantum Break Windows 10 Codes you were promised with it? Well, it looks like you will have to wait for more than a week before you get them.

When the official Twitter profile of Quantum Break announced that the game had been officially launched now, a dejected fan responded by asking “PC version do you speak it? where is it? Where is the voucher? Jesus christ…”

Needless to say, this guy, like countless others have not received their Quantum Break Windows 10 Codes yet. This was answered by one of the Xbox Support Twitter accounts who revealed that users will still have to wait for at least seven or as many as ten days in order to get the download codes:

Naturally this did not sit well with the preorderer who snapped back with “The PC release is TODAY is it not? This is why you should release your games on steam.” However, the support referred to the Windows 10 page of the game where it is written:

Quantum Break Xbox One codes purchased at retail and inside bundles must be redeemed on the console or at Xbox.com by April 4, 2016 11.59 PM Pacific Time. Windows 10 game redemption code will be sent via Xbox system message around the week of April 5, 2016. (In US, UK and Canada, codes with pre-order of the Xbox One Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle can be redeemed by April 10th, 2016, 11.59 PM Pacific Time.)

Interestingly, however, the Microsoft Store page for the Windows 10 release of the game is live and allowing you to “get the app” for £49.99 right now.

Even we haven’t gotten our Quantum Break Windows 10 Codes yet, but the week of April 5 ends in five days’ time. Thee wait for 7 to 10 days is certainly extra delay.
