According to this information, Dark Souls 3 Matchmaking is going to be based on Player’s level and his weapon reinforcement levels. Soul Memory matchmaking from Dark Souls 2 isn’t around this time.

Moreover, under certain conditions such as host in the Lord of Cinder using Dried Fingers, it is possible to invade the world where no white phantoms are present. However, dark spirit will never have an advantage in number.

Red Sign Soapstone is confirmed and players can use them outside the LoC Mode. You can also use them after the boss of a certain area is defeated.
