Team Fortress 2 Update Brings Competitive Beta Content, Dead of Night Styles and More
A new Team Fortress 2 update has been added by Valve Corporation that, among a number of other things, adds some more content to the hyped up competitive mode’s beta testing phase.
The officials have not shared exactly what they have changed but they say that content and features have been updated. Which is good since the beta has been in the works since late January.
Other than that, the Team Fortress 2 update has fixed some bugs with the canteen in Mann vs. Machine and brought us new styles for Dead of Night. They have also changed up the models and materials for a number of items.
An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:
- Updated content and features for the TF2 Competitive Mode beta
- Fixed bots equipping the canteen in Mann vs. Machine mode
- Added new styles for the Dead of Night
- Updated materials/models for the Trickster’s Turnout Gear, The Maniac’s Manacles, The Spooky Sleeves, The Lone Survivor, The Killer’s Kit, Beep Boy, Dead of Night, and the Employee of the Mmmph
If you are not in the Team Fortress 2 Competitive Mode beta testing and this made you want to try it out, Valve Corporation has dedicated a page for the beta here, check it out for ways in which you can participate. Also, here are the requirements for the beta.
