A couple of days ago a Nintendo Direct was held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Pokemon, but since that was special presentation dedicated to the legendary game series, we hardly expected it to talk about anything other than that.

Now, Nintendo has announced that they are going to hold another Direct presentation as early as tomorrow i.e. March 3, 2016. This came out through the official Twitter profile on Nintendo of America where they confirmed that the games that are going to be launched this year “through summer” will be the topic.

The exact time of the livestream is 2PM Pacific Time on March 3, 2016 and users will be able to watch it directly from the official website of the company right here.

Before the more enthusiastic fans start shouting Nintendo NX on the top of their voices, let me clarify that Nintendo itself has mentioned that this Nintendo Direct will have no news about their overly secretive console.

That would naturally bring up the topic of mobile games and their partnership with DeNA, however, even the mobile side of their business will be ignored during this presentation. Nintendo of America announced:

Catch a new Nintendo Direct on March 3 at 2 p.m. PT for updates on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS titles planned for launch through summer 2016.

The presentation will not include any updates on NX or mobile.

What else are you expecting them to announce in terms of Wii U and 3DS games?
