Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Open Beta Details Confirmed
We reported yesterday on this but now we have the Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Open Beta details. Naughty Dog want to do some stress testing so are opening it up to everybody.
PlayStation have today confirmed the details for the Open Beta stress test, and it is also available to download from today. This is so that you can get straight into the action when the servers are turned on and everybody starts playing.
The Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Open Beta will start March 4, 2016 at 9:00 AM PST, and end March 6, 2016 at 11:59 PM PST. This should give us a whole weekend full of action, unless of course there are any problems during the testing and the servers go down.
Along with the Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Open Beta Details PlayStation have also included an FAQ which revealed the filesize for the download is 7GB, though it does note that based on your region this may be a larger size. Most importantly for some, there will be no need for a PlayStation Plus membership to try out the Beta.
While the Open Beta is running, there may be times that it will have to be taken down. For more details on if this is happening, the FAQ reveals where you can find the announcements:
“As this is a technical test, there will most likely be patches deployed, downtimes, restarts, and so forth. Please follow @Naughty_Dog for the most up-to-the-minute updates regarding beta status. We will also be posting details on the Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Stress Test forum.”
Hopefully this won’t happy too many times, especially as we only have a weekend to get access to the game. Until of course it is officially released.
