It looks like yet another Dead Island Game is heading our way. We have spotted something called Dead Island Retro Revenge at Australia’s Classification Board website.

Here’s the proof:

We don’t know much about the game yet, but we do know that it is a multiplatform game. It is expected on PC, Xbox and PlayStation platforms.

We should feel excited by this but to be honest Dead Island isn’t the most fun zombie game. I would have prefered to hear something about Left for Dead 3 from Valve.

Anyways, Dead Island Retro Revenge doesn’t seem like a massive project because if it was, Deep Silver would have asked another studio handle development, probably Techland. But in this case, they are outsourcing the project to a studio named Empty Clip Games.

They have a relatively small team that previously worked on ports and downloadable games. It is possible that Retro Revenge is a small scale downloadable game.

What the next Dead Island Game is going to be like should be revealed in the near future. Keep in mind that Dead Island Retro Revenge isn’t confirmed yet by Deep Silver.

We’ll keep you updated on any and all developments of the story, so stay-tuned!
