Need For Speed Most Wanted Available for Free on PC

By   /   Feb 2, 2016

If you are a fan of Need for Speed on the PC, then it looks like you are in for a treat this month. Though be aware that this is an offer for Need for Speed most wanted, not the latest edition of the racing game.

EA are having a good start to 2016 when it comes to the PC, especially with the arrival of Origin Access. The PC version of EA Access gives a similar deal to the one that is available to the Xbox One. Now they are offering Need for Speed Most Wanted for free.

With the latest Need for Speed not exactly being the spectacular release EA would have hoped for, this could be seen as something of an appeasement to fans of the racing games. To re-cap what made this game interesting for fans, this is how EA describe the game:

“To be Most Wanted, you’ll need to outrun the cops, outdrive your friends, and outsmart your rivals. With a relentless police force gunning to take you down, you’ll need to make split second decisions. Use the open world to your advantage to find hiding spots, hit jumps and earn new vehicles to keep you one step ahead.

In true Criterion Games fashion, your friends are at the heart of your experience. In an open world with no menus or lobbies, you’ll be able to instantly challenge your friends and prove your driving skill in a variety of seamless multiplayer events. Your rivals will do everything they can to stop you from getting to the top. In this world, there can only be one Most Wanted.”

Originally released in 2012, while it isn’t the best of the Need for Speed series, we are getting it for free. We can’t really complain about that too much in the end. So be sure to claim it while it is available.

Will you be downloading Need for Speed Most Wanted while it’s available? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
