NVIDIA Geforce Game Ready Drivers Released for The Division and Rise of the Tomb Raider
With Rise of the Tomb Raider, and the Division Beta arriving on PC this week, it’s time for new drivers to be released. Today has seen the arrival of the “Game Ready” update as well as a few details about the game.
In the announcement that the Geforce Game Ready 361.75 WHQL Drivers have been made available it comes as no surprise that NVIDIA have provided details about their work on Rise of the Tomb Raider:
“Be sure to download today’s Game Ready Rise of the Tomb Raider driver to receive performance optimizations, other tweaks, and a 2-Way and 3-Way SLI profile that gives you the performance to play with 4x Supersampling Anti-Aliasing enabled, at 4K, or in super wide Surround screen modes.
And tomorrow, head back to GeForce.com to check out our Rise of the Tomb Raider Graphics and Performance Guide for an exhaustive look at the game’s technology, features and performance.”
A lot of their technology has been put to use to get the best out of the game. Hopefully this won’t make the game too power-hungry. Though we already know that to get the best out of the game you’ll need a high-spec PC.
With the release of The Division Beta, NVIDIA are less forthcoming with the details about what is coming. They do say though that the new drivers help you to crank up the settings to the max. Hopefully the drivers behave themselves and don’t go spoiling the enjoyment (and testing) of Ubisoft’s new game.
