Star Wars: Battlefront is set to receive an update this month, however, contrary to what a video released by EA Brasil suggested, there will not be any additional multiplayer maps rolling out with the update.

The said video originally hinted at brand new costumes for heroes such as Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker as well as a multiplayer map set on Tatooine. Sadly, it has been confirmed that there is not any map being rolled out with the update and the video has been taken down.

Speaking on Twitter with his followers, Star Wars: Battlefront Lighting Lead Oscar Carlen confirmed that there was some misinformation in the video, but also mentioned that the upcoming update is nonetheless great:

There were some misinformation so it was taken down. It is still a great patch, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
