SEGA Announces 3D Classics Collection for Nintendo 3DS

SEGA has been teasing us with a lot of things for 2016, and today have made one of their first big announcements of the year: the company will be bringing the Sega 3D Classics Collection to the 3DS.

The veteran video-game company has been releasing 3D classics on the 3DS eShop regularly, and they all have some impressive 3D effects.

Now, some of the 3D classics will be coming to retails, with themes and added games. Here’s the full list:

  • Power Drift
  • Puyo Puyo 2
  • Fantasy Zone II W
  • Sonic The Hedgehog
  • Thunder Blade
  • Galaxy Force II
  • Altered Beast
  • Fantasy Zone II (Exclusive)
  • Maze Walker (Exclusive)

All these titles have been specifically re-developed for the Nintendo 3DS handheld console, and feature an immersive 3D experience.

In addition to these games, SEGA will be including tons of new Home themes for the 3DS in the collection as well. The set is expected to release on April 26. The pricing of the Sega 3D Classics Collection will be $29.99.
