MGS Songwriter Rika Muranaka Joins Shadow Moses Team
It is common knowledge that Metal Gear Solid, the one released on PlayStation One, is getting a fan-made remake with Unreal Engine 4.
So far Konami hasn’t come forward to shut down the project, which is good news for fans of the remake. The scale of the project has grown and it looks absolutely amazing running on Unreal Engine 4.
Developers are not only focusing on the game’s visuals, but audio tracks are being prepared as well. Fans are going to be really excited to know that MGS songwriter Rika Muranaka has joined Shadow Moses team.
The legendary composer is going to provide Shadow Mosses with a brand new composition.
We are delighted to announce the inclusion of Metal Gear Solid series veteran songwriter Rika Muranaka (The Best is Yet to come, Can’t say Goodbye to Yesterday) in the project. Rika’s credits include other Konami classics such as Castlevania SotN, Silent Hill and more.
She will be providing the project with a song much like she did with the original, but this will be an all new composition.
Welcome her to the project on twitter: @unjazzmusic
Shadow Moses is coming together nicely and from what we have seen so far, it is safe to say that it is going to be one of the best fan-made remakes of all time.
