Titanfall 2 Dev Making Another Third Person Action Title as Well

Titanfall 2

We have had enough of tidbits from the developers and otherwise to know that Titanfall 2 will not come out as an Xbox One exclusive but as a multi-platform title. While that is an additional task they have taken up, it is not the only one they are working on!

According to a new job opening at Respawn Entertainment, the are currently developing one more “unannounced title.” The job is for a Senior Level Designer at Van Nuys, California, where the person will work on both the games, the second of which is going to be an action adventure third person perspective based game.

While we don’t know the name of the second title, here’s everything that the listing says about it:

We are now recruiting designers for two game development projects – a new game in the Titanfall universe as well as a new 3rd person action/adventure IP. Respawn is seeking a Senior Level Designer to embrace and contribute to the project vision, breathing life into the gameplay world and helping define the moment to moment player experience.

Needless to say, this is the first time we are hearing of the third person action adventure game of theirs but Titanfall 2 was originally mentioned way back in March 2014 when it was rumored that Electronic Arts had secured their rights to the game.

Just like Titanfall 2, we are expecting that the second unannounced game will also release to all the three primary platforms namely PS4, Xbox One and PC although there is nothing official to back this.

We will be updating you on everything else that Respawn Entertainment shares about this, so keep in touch!
