Gamer in Iceland Rages So Hard It Brings the Police to His Home
Losing in games isn’t the best feeling in the world, but most experience video-gamers have (hopefully) learned the virtues of self-composure.
Sadly, that’s not how things were in a town in Iceland. An apartment building in a sleepy town was shook awoke by loud screaming that reverberated through its multiple floors.
Being responsible residents of building – and admittedly fearing the worst – the folks called the police, reports Reykjavik Grapevine. The call of duty (pun, intended) led the police to the apartment door, forcing their way inside only to find the raging gamer trying to calm himself down with a cold shower.
You’d normally expect such anger to erupt from an angry teenage gamer who needs to extrovertly excrete his/her hormonal frustrations through raging, but in reality it was a 30-year-old man.
It’s unclear which game got him so riled up, but anyone who has played multiplayer games long enough probably have one certain game that would make them rage so hard.
Hopefully, we hear of fewer incidents like this in the near future. Remember folks, raging is absolutely fine, and most of us have reached that melting point while playing games, but do keep a pillow to scream it out in, or perhaps get your room walled with sound-proof foam.
