Star Wars 1313 Concept Art Appears Online
If there is one game that was the biggest casualty of the changes to Star Wars it was Star Wars 1313. While we keep on hearing that it could be revived everything still feels up in the air.
With the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens and the success of Star Wars Battlefront it’s no surprise that there is an anticipation that Star Wars 1313 may make a comeback. It is easily one of the most anticipated games to make a comeback.
Today TellMeAboutGames have revealed some concept art that has made its way online. Created by Gustavo Mendonca and Bruno Werneck they designed the landscapes, characters and settings for the game. It is through the release of their portfolios that we get to see the images, and as you can see in the images below they are the usual type of artwork that you usually see during game design.
What makes these interesting though is the level of detail gone into, and the tease that they provide for gamers. If the game is to go into production, will this be what it looks like?
What we have to remember is that if new teams work on the game, then the design may change. The game we expect Star Wars 1313 to be may not be the one that we finally end up with. Though I’m sure we all hope that we do get to see the original vision, and the one that got our attention all those years ago.
