Destiny: The Taken King Final Raid Challenge Detailed
Bungie has detailed the third and final challenge mode of the King’s Fall, the raid in Destiny: The Taken King expansion. The challenge modes shown in previous weeks revolved around challenges related to the Golgoroth and the Warpriest. The third and final week’s challenge, on the other hand, is directly related to the big bad boy, Oryx.
The challenge basically requires a fireteam to detonate a total of 16 Orbs of Corrupted Light at the same time in order to deal with Oryx. This thing is essentially achieved by eliminating Light-Eater Ogres during each round for four rounds, eliminating the Knights who try to reclaim the orbs, stunning Oryx himself, and making a visit to the Darkness Dimension a total of four times.
Once you have successfully accumulated a total of 16 Orbs of Corrupted Light, you need to detonate all of them simultaneously in order to eliminate Oryx and complete the challenge. However, one thing that you need to note here is that a fireteam can use only one runner for the aura.
Upon the completion of the challenge, you will acquire 320 Light items if playing on Hard Mode and 310 Light items if playing on Normal Mode.
