Everything You Need to Know About the PlayStation Experience

For those attending the PlayStation Experience this weekend PlayStation have released all the details you’ll need for the event. This includes information that people watching it online will find handy too.

The details have been made available on the PlayStation blog. Those still looking to purchase tickets can do so here. Prices for 2-day tickets are $75, Saturday only $45, and Sunday only $40. Early Bird tickets and Capcom VIP tickets are sold out.

Taking place at the PlayStation Experience will be the Capcom Cup which will take place on Sunday. It will begin at 10am (PST) and go through the entire day. This will be where a new Street Fighter champion will be crowned.

The event will be streamed through live.playstation.com as well as Twitch. With the following panels being available to watch on Saturday (all times PST):

  • 2:00PM PlayStation VR and the Future of Play
  • 3:00PM Uncharted 4: Stories from the Performance Capture Set
  • 4:00PM Call of Duty Black Ops 3: Unlocking the Potential of A.I.
  • 5:00PM PS I Love You XOXO with Greg Miller and the Kinda Funny Games
  • 6:00PM The Future of Storytelling
  • 7:00PM Fighting Games: The Next Generation

The Keynote press conference will take place Saturday as revealed on Twitter at 10am on Saturday:

While people who are at the actual event will be the ones who enjoy the Experience the most, we can be sure that all PlayStation fans will enjoy the weekend and find out plenty of details on the upcoming games revealed at the event. Even if it is just the Keynote that you watch, there should be some interesting reveals taking place this weekend.
