GTA San Andreas

Remember how Rockstar Games had taken down GTA San Andreas from PlayStation Network and Xbox Live? The game was re-released too Xbox 360 with what they called a new iteration and a new improved version of the game. It looks like the same is happening for PlayStation 3 too.

Without any announcement and without a heads up, the developers have relaunched the game and now it is available on the PlayStation Store again.

The game costs $14.99 and takes up about 2.1GB of space. So before you download it make sure your PlayStation 3 is not filled to the brink with other titles.

That being said, if you look at the Xbox 360 relaunch of GTA San Andreas, it came with native support for 720p resolution, enhanced draw distance and a new list of unlockable achievements.

We are not sure if the new PlayStation 3 version is going to follow in the same footsteps, but that is what the developers had promised back in 2014.

We suggest that you don’t miss out on the chance to relive the memories that actually made Grand Theft Auto the series that it is for us – at least for me – and get your hands on the new version of GTA San Andreas while you still can.
