Xbox One Black Friday Sales Were Strong: Microsoft
Black Friday was big for gaming software and hardware sales this year. Both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One saw strong sales, which answers to those speculating the end of consoles.
Anyways, Microsoft’s Aaron Greenberg was mentioned in a Tweet which showed Xbox One sold out at retailers during Black Friday. Aaron Greenberg replied to the Tweet and said the company is seeing strong sales for Xbox One.

Specific numbers aren’t shared but surely a buttload of units were sold. Selling hardware isn’t an issue for Microsoft, Xbox One is doing well. However, software sales are underwhelming on Xbox One and it may put-off third party developers in the future.
Titanfall, Forza 6, Rise of the Tomb Raider, all great games but not blockbuster hits. For now, third party exclusive deals are available to Xbox One, but if more and more copies aren’t sold, developers may consider moving such deals over to PlayStation 4.
