Red Dead Redemption 2 is the Next Rockstar Title, Teases Danny Ross

Danny Ross, an ex-Rockstar employee says that Red Dead Redemption 2 is going to be the next title that the developer will release.

It has been so long since the community has been asking for Red Dead Redemption 2, but just like Bethesda did with Fallout 4, it looks like Rockstar is not going to talk about it until they themselves want to.

So what do we do when we still want something on it? We talk to former employees of Rockstar. Danny Ross, a former Rockstar developer was holding an AMA session on Reddit where someone asked him what would be the next project that the studio will release.

In his not so cryptic response he said:

Really? Dumbass. Really? Two.

Of course that is a loud and clear hint at RDR 2 i.e. Red Dead Redemption 2, which has come from someone who has worked with them in the past and left recently.

The speculation that it will be a RDR 2 has been gaining strength lately, since most of their IPs are already announced but the Take Two president insisted a couple of months ago that they will be launching unnamed new games in the future.

However, even if this doesn’t turn out to be true it wouldn’t be the first time. Before Gamescom 2015 it was also rumored that Rockstar will be unveiling Red Dead Redemption 2 at the event but we all know that didn’t happen.
