PlayStation 4 Sales Reach 30.2M; 10M in Last Nine Months

Back in March 2015 it was reported that the PlayStation 4 sales had touched 20.2 million units. Doing that in just under 16 months was impressive on its own. However, Sony has just started; it has been announced by SCE that total sales of their new consoles have gone up to 30.2 million by this week!

The feat, which has been estimated by internal statistics collected by the company itself was attained on November 22, 2015.

Not only that, the PlayStation 4 sales are being regarded as “the fastest and strongest growth in PlayStation hardware history” by Sony Computer Entertainment. This follows in line with the finding that the sales of PS4 consoles and games were actually faster than PS2 in Asia at least.
