NVIDIA GeForce Drivers Released to Prepare for Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate
With all of the game releases coming out in November the graphics card companies are working overtime to get game ready drivers out. Nvidia have released their latest today to coincide with a few of the releases.
The latest GeForce Game Ready Driver, version 359.00 has been released today and can be downloaded here. As revealed in the notes, this is to coincide with the release of Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate being released onto the PC, and the latest version of the Overwatch: Beta.
With Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate being held up on the PC to make sure it is at a suitable enough quality it will be interesting to see what state it will be released in. While we do hope it is bug free, Unity has tarnished Ubisoft’s history when it comes to the Assassin’s Creed games and there have been a few reported issues already. The release of Syndicate on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were also not without their issues either.
With the extra time for the PC version we’ll have to see how it will perform, and also just how good it is looking. As always gamers will be interested in seeing what resolution and FPS it is running at, and if it is a successful port from the console versions.
With Overwatch a new version has just been released ahead of this weekend’s beta stress test. With the focus being on putting stress on the servers and not on the player’s computers then this driver will hopefully be a timely update.
