If you have preordered Call of Duty Black Ops 3 from the PlayStation Network, it might be a good idea to reconfirm if your purchase is still intact. This is so because a number of PlayStation users are complaining on the internet about their orders being cancelled.

This made it to the news with a couple of posts on NeoGAF and Reddit. A guy started a thread on the former saying that it “might be worth checking your emails guys if you’ve preordered Black Ops 3 on PSN, I got an email this morning saying my pre order has been cancelled with no reason at all.”

Similarly, a Reddit user named vict2292 says his Black Ops 3 preorder also got cancelled:

I woke up this morning and I got greeted with an email telling me that my pre-order had cancelled?! Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do? Does this mean that my PSN is hacked?

However, it doesn’t appear to be a hack since someone has allegedly talked to the customer services at Treyarch where a rep “said that the developers have bulk cancelled orders.”

Interestingly, the representative himself did not know what was the reason behind it but he did reveal that other users who tried to made a preorder again had also gotten the purchase cancelled within a couple of minutes.

It appears to be a system issue that is causing problems for a lot of people who have preordered Call of Duty Black Ops 3.
