Black Ops 3 Matchmaking Depends on Network Quality More than Skill
Do tell us how this sits with you, but it looks like the Call of Duty Black Ops 3 matchmaking is going to depend more on what quality of network do you have instead of what skill level you are on.
Dan Bunting, the game director at Treyarch Studios recently explained how they have put the features in place while attending a BO3Fridays live stream. During the live stream, he clearly stated that the game is always going to give priority to the network quality over skill.
Moreover, Black Ops 3 matchmaking will not take into consideration your skills before lobby creation. Once a lobby has been created, skills will be weighed in order to balance out both the teams.
A number of fans did not really like how matchmaking worked previously, so it would be interesting to see how they take it this time.
Bunting also added that this was just the face of it and that there was a lot more going on behind the scenes with the Black Ops 3 matchmaking system.
A couple of days ago Treyarch had also revealed the new Loyalty Program that is going to be at play when the game hits the racks on November 6, 2015.
