NXOE Build is Now Live on Xbox One, Weighs-in at 554MB
We have some great news for Xbox One users in the preview program. NXOE build is now live and can be downloaded on your console. You’ll need over 500MB space on your HDD to store its files.
After downloading the update, users will be able to see who is in a party chat or game from their friends list. UI feels faster and sound effects when navigating are pretty cool.
Moreover, friends, messages, party and settings can now be snapped. Plex users can rest assured that it will play .mkv files without any issues from now on. Background is brighter now and properly fits the screen.
Netflix input bug was nowhere to be seen after the update, and users can remap their controllers now. You can toggle “Appear Offline” and Edge Browser doesn’t crash on HTTPS pages. There was also an issue where cursor in Edge will disappear randomly, which has now been fixed.
Menu button from the home screen can now be used to dismiss apps running in the background. When party is open, you can press x to mute the party or y to mute your own mic.
Download the update and let us know what you think of it in the comments below.
