Black Ops 3 Will Have One-Shot Death Realistic Difficulty
Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is adding some new ideas to the series, ideas that we haven’t seen in COD since it started. We have co-op campaign for instance, something that fans wanted to see for a long time.
One other thing that’s new and will probably be the cause of frustration for many once they play the game, is the addition of a new realistic difficulty mode. This will be the hardest mode for Black Ops 3 and in it, players can die by getting shot just once.
Yes, in a game where bullets are flying everywhere, one shot will kill you. According to director Jason Blundell: you have one point of life, so if you’re shot once, you’re dead. You end up respecting the level in a completely different way, and once gunfire opens up, everyone just drops to the ground, because if any one bullet hits you or a grenade goes off near you, you’re dead.
If somehow you manage to complete the game on Realistic mode, it is possible that your friends or online community won’t believe you.
So, an achievement/trophy named “No One Will Believe You” is tied to the completion of the game on Realistic mode. Keep in mind that campaign isn’t included on PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game.
Black Ops 3 will release on November 6 for consoles and PC.
