Guitar Hero Live Demo Appears On PSN And Xbox Market Only To Disappear Shortly Afterwards

Guitar Hero Live

Guitar Hero Live maybe almost 2 weeks away, but that didn’t stop the developers FreeStyle Games and publisher Activision from (possibly) teasing a free trial version of the game on PlayStation and Xbox Live stores.

A 5.1 GB demo of the game appeared on the digital stores today, only to disappear again soon without any mention about it from Activision or FSG. It’s possible that it could have simply been a mistake from Sony and Microsoft, although this scenario is unlikely.

While there seems to be no trace of the demo now on the store or any possibility of downloading it, it did give people a glimmer of hope that maybe after the release of the game they will be able to try out the demo and see if they want to purchase the actual game or not.

Guitar Hero Live will release on October 20th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and Wii U.
