Black Ops 3: ‘Dead Ops Arcade’ and ‘Realistic’ Difficulty Setting Confirmed
The upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is going to see the return of Dead Ops Arcade ‘Dead Ops Arcade 2’ and an all new difficulty setting dubbed ‘Realistic’.
Earlier today, we shared a list of all the Trophies/Achievements that reveal a couple of things about the game.
First of all, there is a Trophy/Achievement called ‘Silverback in Black’ which will be awarded for triggering Dead Ops Arcade 2 mode, confirming the return of the game mode.
Another thing that we noticed is the inclusion of a new difficulty setting dubbed ‘Realistic’. ‘Veteran’ has always been the highest level of difficulty in any Call of Duty game and this is the first time we are seeing a new difficulty mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
Little is known about the said difficulty mode, but I’m hoping that it would remove the HUD and force players to play as if they are playing with four other human players.
Dead Ops Arcade is basically a hidden game mode which was originally found in Call of Duty: Black Ops by typing ‘DOA’ in the CIA computer.
It’s basically a twin-stick-top-down-shooter with unlimited ammunition and requires players to survive the endless waves of undead; similar to zombies in a sense. The mode was pretty fun to play and I’m hyped to see it coming back.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is scheduled to release on Nov. 6, 2015 for PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3.
