Dragon Age: Inquisition Game of the Year Edition is Coming

By   /   1 year ago

Now that all of the DLC has been released for Dragon Age: Inquisition there is only one-step left and that is to release the Game of the Year edition. This has been revealed to be coming October 6, with a new trailer to remind us how much we all originally liked it.

Taking the plaudit of being Game of the Year for many in 2014, the release of the game with all of its DLC comes as no surprise. This will mean that people who haven’t played the game yet will also be able to obtain Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, Trespassers, and the rest, together in one package.

To celebrate this news, the new trailer has been released using in-game footage. This is a wise move as it really shows off how beautiful some of the games visuals are. The real problem of course is that now games like The Witcher 3 are out, it has been arguably surpassed by more superior roleplaying games which are the big releases of 2015. Will people want to go back to Dragon Age: Inquisition? Especially at the time when many new games are gearing up for release? We’ll have to wait and see what the sales reveal.

The fact is Dragon Age: Inquisition is a good game, and for those who haven’t played it, this will be a good investment. Hopefully the price won’t be too high, though this hasn’t been revealed yet. With The Witcher 3 DLC coming soon, and Fallout 4 coming at the start of November competition for your gaming time is going to be at a high, and Dragon Age: Inquisition does tend to require a lot of your time to make any progress in it, even without the DLC.

Will you be taking this opportunity to play Dragon Age: Inquisition? Let us know your thoughts below.
