How and where to farm Legendary Marks in Destiny: The Taken King to buy gear and weapons from different vendors and prepare yourself for the upcoming Raid.

In the game’s newest expansion, there are only fistful sources of acquiring the Legendary Marks. Since these are required to buy gear from vendors in order to increase characters’ Light-Level; these are extremely important.

Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Marks are also important to prepare you for the heroic challenges and the upcoming raid. This guide covers everything you need to know about farming Legendary Marks.

First thing that you need to bear in mind is that you need to be at character level 40 in order to acquire Legendary Marks. The best method of earning Legendary Marks is by completing Daily Heroic Story Missions.

These missions require level-41 and light-level-240 and reward players with 15 Legendary Marks every day. However, you cannot complete these missions thrice to earn 45 Legendary Marks.

In addition to this, you also earn 15 Legendary Marks for completing the Daily Crucible Challenge which again works like Daily Heroic Story Missions.

Coming to Weekly Heroic Strikes, these provide you with 10 Legendary Marks which can be earned with all 3 characters in the game.

And lastly, you can dismantle a year-2 purple piece of armor or weapon and complete Main Story Missions to acquire some Legendary Marks.

As of this instant, these are the only sure ways of earning Legendary Marks in the game. If you’re aware of some other methods not mentioned in the guide, make sure to let us know in the comments section below!
