Street Fighter V: Rashid Gets New Details and Gameplay Video
Street Fighter V recently got a Middle Eastern fighter named Rashid. W showed you an off-screen gameplay video at the time, but no details were available.
Today, we have a new gameplay trailer for you featuring Rashid vs Ryu. Rashid uses wind based attacks, meaning the character we once thought of as Cody was actually Rashid.
Capcom has also shared new details regarding his V-Trigger and V-Skills:
V-Skill 1 (MP+MK) – Front Flip
Rashid performs a high flying flip over the opponent. Pressing kick during the Front Flip results in Rashid performing a divekick.
V-Skill 2 (Down+MP+MK) – Rolling Assault
Rashid closes the gap between himself and the opponent with a quick front roll. Pressing kick during Rolling Assault results in Rashid kicking upward at the opponent.
V-Trigger (HP+HK) – Ysaar
Rashid throws out a slow moving whirlwind that closes in on the opponent and causes damage to them if they touch it. While the whirlwind is out, Rashid can use it to increase his movement on any attack that propels him forward.
Street Fighter V will get more characters in the near future, according to Capcom. As for the game, it will release in 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PC.
