The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Getting “Additional Conversational” Options For Romance
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is probably the most successful release of the year so far. It’s an additive, beautifully made RPG, with highly detailed characters.
Geralt, the lead character in The Witcher 3, communicates with different characters at different stages of the game. Some them are female, and Geralt can use his charm to form a romantic relationship with them.
Depending on your conversation choices, Geralt is able to take his relationship forward with Triss and Yennefer. While I think the outcomes of Geralt’s relationships with these women is good the way it is, some fans don’t feel the same way.
Fans weren’t happy with the way their romance choices turned out, so CD Projekt RED decided to do something about it.
We’ll be adding some additional dialogue for Triss and Yennefer in the upcoming patch due to the fan feedback. We’ve read many opinions on our forums where gamers weren’t satisfied with the way their romance choices were fleshed out, so we wanted to change that by adding some extra conversational options.
I’m currently going through my New Game+ mode, so I guess I should wait for these new conversational options before going forward.
Were you happy with the way things turned out between Triss, Yen and Geralt?
