Halo 5: Guardians will feature an all new stat called, Damage Dealt. It is a post-game stat that is new to the series’ competitive modes.

Not much is revealed at the moment but from what I can make of it, it will work similar to a MOBA. How much damage have you dealt to opponents will add to your score, killing will add extra points to your overall score in the end of a match.

It is unclear if accuracy will matter in any way here or not.

Halo 5: Guardians is being developed by 343i and so far they have done an incredoble job. Surely, it wouldn’t have been easy filling Bungie’s shoes.

Halo 5 will release on October 27 for Xbox One, pre orders for the game are live.

Just yesterday Microsoft released a new cinematic trailer for the game, showing star Nathan Fillion, Agent Locke and others.
