Minecraft on PlayStation Gets Star Wars Skins from Microsoft, Lucasfilm and Disney Interactive
The user base of Minecraft keeps getting bigger and now that Microsoft owns the development studio it should be considered natural that their name comes up with something related to the game is released for Sony’s consoles. However, it does trigger some of the fanboys.
That being said, some 70 new Star Wars themed skins for the game have been released for the PlayStation consoles. the skins are divided into two packs namely the Star Wars Classic Skins Pack and the Star Wars Rebels Pack.

Two Star Wars skin packs have just arrived on PlayStation consoles! Disney Interactive, Lucasfilm, and Microsoft have teamed up and created over 70 new skins for the platform. Use the buttons on your controller, navigate through PlayStation Store to find the pack, then click the button. It’s easy!
Through these skin packs you get to bring iconic characters from the Star Wars franchise into Minecraft like Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, Leia Organa, Greedo, Admiral Ackbar, Wampa, Ezra Bridger, Hera Syndulla, Chopper and numerous others including Ghosts crew.
In parallel news it was recently announced that Minecraft Story Mode is going to be released to Wii U which is a good news for all the Nintendo fans. However, that is just one thing; the game is now going beyond gaming and here’s why.
