Rise of the Tomb Raider New Poster Captures Lara’s Struggles in the Simplest Way Possible
Microsoft and Crystal Dynamics have revealed second – out of a total of 4 – limited edition Rise of the Tomb Raider poster.
The poster is designed by the award-winning U.K-based studio La Boca who had previously worked with Google, Sony, Warner Bros., and 21st Century Fox.
Speaking of La Boca’s latest endeavor, creative director and co-founder of La Boca, Scot Bendell said that the studio used a similar process which it uses while working on a film poster which is finding the essence of the story in the simplest way possible:
We tried to follow a similar process we undertake when working on movie poster. Trying to find the essence of the story without being too descriptive, we always try to present an image in the simplest way possible.
Bendell added that La Boca wanted the poster to have a feel of being underground and discovering something wondrous – something which it certainly achieved:
We wanted the poster to have a feel of being underground, discovering something wondrous. Exploring and uncovering a hidden place for the first time in centuries.
The poster is attached below for your viewing pleasure or should you decide to get it printed:
