DICE Addresses Battlefield Hardline Crashing Issue on Xbox One After Patch 2.0

Battlefield Hardline recently received patch v.2.0 on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC which fixes a plenty of issues among a handful of improvements, but despite the patch, some Xbox One players are reporting random crashes.

DICE has addressed the issue on its official Battlefield Twitter feed, stating that the reason for these crashes is not letting the patch completely install.

Needless to say, but the studio is asking Xbox One owners to let the patch fully download and install before joining a multiplayer match:

Attn BFH X1 Players: Please allow Patch 2.0 to fully download & install before attempting to join a MP game. This will resolve crash errors.

So there you have it! If you are one of the people experiencing random crashes while playing Battlefield Hardline on Xbox One, make sure to let the patch fully install before jumping in a multiplayer match.
