Fallout Anthology to be Available for the PC, but with Limited Quantities

By   /   Jul 24, 2015

We may all be waiting for Fallout 4 to finally arrive, but that doesn’t stop Bethesda from releasing the previous Fallout games in another special edition. This time it is in the form of Fallout Anthology that will be available October 2, and this will be a PC release.

Coming encased in a mini-nuke storage case, there will also be a space for Fallout 4 when it arrives, if you buy a physical version of course. The nuke will also have an “audible bomb sound” for those who want to simulate a nuclear device blowing up in their homes.

This Fallout Anthology will include:

  • Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition
    • The Pitt
    • Operation: Anchorage
    • Broken Steel
    • Point Lookout
    • Mothership Zeta
  • Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition
    • Dead Money
    • Honest Hearts
    • Old World Blues
    • Lonesome Road
    • Gun Runners’ Arsenal
    • Courier’s Stash
  • Fallout Tactics
  • Fallout 2
  • Fallout

As expected with a collector’s edition, Bethesda have confirmed that there will be “limited quantities” available.

It will be interesting to see who will be interested in this release. While the mini-nuke is something that will obviously interest people and will look nice next to the Pipboy Edition of Fallout 4, it is questionable as to if the first Fallout games are enticing enough to make this a must buy for fans.

Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas are obviously popular games, but if you are going to revisit these games before starting Fallout 4 would you really start anywhere before Fallout 3?
